The first one was fun in a campy sort of, look-how-amazing-those-effects-are way. The second? It was just plain crap, with bad acting and a mess of CGI and explosions. But, that’s not enough to keep the movie from making a gazillion dollars and from making a third one–with Megan Fox (despite her total diss on Michael Bay’s directing chops.) As-if.
