Well, maybe not you. But for a lot of people out there, this website illustrates exactly what the problem is. Americans are indeed a plump bunch, thanks to one-part no exercise and one-part eating stuff like this. Yeah, we know that some of the stuff you’ll find on ThisIsWhyYoureFat.com isn’t something you can order off the menu, but sadly, a lot of it can be. And/or, it’s the kind of stuff a lot of Americans eat–often. Barf.
